About Us:

Hey! We’re The HOTH.

Our name stands for "Hittem’ Over the Head" – a nod to how we approach everything we do: with enthusiasm, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to delivering results that amaze our clients.

We’re one of the world’s top Digital Marketing companies, pushing boundaries and driving growth for our customers in SEO and beyond. Our mission is simple: help businesses thrive online and have a blast while doing it.

Thanks to our dedicated team, we’ve been recognized as one of INC Magazine’s Best Workplaces. If you’re looking to make an impact in the world of digital marketing and want to be part of an energetic and forward-thinking team, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Position:

We’re looking for a Product Manager who’s ready to lead the development of exciting products that make a real difference. This role will focus on first-party data products - tools and platforms that help us and our clients collect, manage, and leverage data directly from their audiences). You’ll collaborate with teams across engineering, design, and marketing to create smart, privacy-friendly solutions that customers love. From gathering feedback to launching new features, you’ll play a key role in shaping the direction of our data-driven product suite. If you’re strategic, analytical, and passionate about building impactful tools, this could be your perfect next step.

A Day in the Life:

  • 30%: Leading product development from ideation to execution, working with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • 30%: Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize features and develop clear product roadmaps that align with business goals.
  • 20%: Conducting market research, gathering user feedback, and analyzing competitor products to ensure the product stays competitive and relevant.
  • 15%: Driving product improvements, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the product meets high-quality standards.
  • 5%: Keeping up with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate into the product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the product roadmap and drive the development of new features and product updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to life (and make them amazing).
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor products to inform product decisions.
  • Prioritize features and improvements based on impact, customer value, and feasibility.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales to ensure our products are positioned and messaged in the best way possible.
  • Tackle problems and ensure the product meets high-quality standards at every stage.

What We’re Looking For:

  • You’ve got 3+ years in a product management (or similar) role under your belt, with a track record of taking products from "what if" to "launched and loved."
    • Ideally, that experience is in a digital service (vs. physical product) environment, especially in the B2B space - since that's our world.
  • You’ve led cross-functional teams and know how to keep a project moving forward, even when curveballs come flying.
  • You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and you’ve dabbled in project management tools like Asana (bonus points if you color-code everything). Got experience with web analytics or SEO tools like GA4, SEMrush, or AHREFs? Even better.
  • You don’t just look at numbers - you see what they’re trying to tell you. You’re comfortable diving into spreadsheets, building reports, and making data-driven decisions that move the needle.
  • Whether it’s a technical deep-dive with engineers or a product update for marketing, you know how to tailor your message. You’re great at breaking down complex stuff into clear, simple action steps.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and have no problem juggling multiple projects at once. Timelines, tasks, deliverables? You’ve got ‘em all mapped out and on track.
  • Bonus points if you’ve been in the digital marketing world before - especially if you speak a little SEO or have experience working on tools that help marketers do their thing.
