About The Position:

We're looking for a dedicated, driven, Product Coordinator to help support our Web Copy Product operations team and make our processes run as smoothly as possible!

As a HOTH Web Copy Product Coordinator, you will help ensure that our customers are receiving quality deliverables by taking ownership of operational tasks and helping with audits for our Web Copy product.

Primary responsibilities and tasks include:

  • Managing and auditing of Freelance Production Team
  • Guiding orders through Web Copy flow of production
  • Ability to assist on special projects as needed
  • Learning all about Web Copy systems and services

This role is best suited for someone who is extremely detail-oriented with excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills. They should be comfortable making decisions, investigating issues and offering solutions, collaborating with team members, and sharing meaningful feedback with others

Training for this role involves a comprehensive deep-dive into the Web Copy product. We’ll teach you how the product functions day-to-day, and what we do to keep the quality of our deliverable extremely high.

This role has a high growth opportunity and is a perfect entry-level starting point for anyone interested in Digital Marketing and operations.

This role is a full-time position that will report to our beautiful Downtown St. Petersburg office and will be eligible for all full-time team member benefits as detailed on our Careers Page.
