About the Position:

We’re seeking a strategic and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team! In this role, you’ll dive deep into market trends, shape how our products are positioned, and craft compelling go-to-market strategies that drive real impact. You’ll play a key role in defining and executing product marketing initiatives for The HOTH and our two sister brands, Authority Builders and LinkBuilder.io, ensuring each brand stands out in a competitive landscape.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and data. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop powerful messaging, optimize product positioning, and ensure our audience sees the value we bring. A Day in the Life:

30%: Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and gathering customer insights to inform product positioning.
30%: Developing and implementing go-to-market strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute product launches.
15%: Creating compelling messaging and sales enablement materials to support the sales and customer experience teams.
20%: Analyzing product performance and marketing effectiveness to optimize campaigns and refine strategies.
5%: Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement go-to-market strategies for our product portfolio.
Conduct market assessments and gather customer insights to inform product development.
Develop clear, compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create impactful campaigns and sales enablement materials.
Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

An experienced Product Marketing pro with 3+ years of experience making products shine in a B2B environment.
A GTM strategist who can craft and execute killer go-to-market plans.
A skilled communicator who can turn complex ideas into clear, compelling stories.
Someone who is digital marketing savvy, with a solid understanding of online growth strategies and SEO.
A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
A rockstar who is adaptable and proactive, always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
