About The Position:

We have an awesome managed Pay-Per-Click (PPC) service called HOTH PPC and we're looking for a dedicated, driven people-pleaser to help guide our customers through their Paid Advertising journey.

As a Digital Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for the client and the client’s campaign success. You will communicate and work directly with clients to understand their business, determine appropriate campaigns, set the direction, quality control, and ultimately be responsible for campaign results.

We will provide all training necessary. A background in PPC/digital marketing is preferred but not required.

This role is a full-time position that will report to our beautiful Downtown St. Petersburg office and will be eligible for all full-time team member benefits as detailed on our Careers Page.

We are looking to fill this role in the coming weeks. All candidates must be available to start within that timeframe.

Note: This position is expected to report to our office full-time for the first 6 months of employment. After 6 months, team members will earn the privilege of being able to work from home 2 days per week on days of their choosing.

Pay for this role will start as hourly with opportunities for commission.

General role responsibilities include:

  • Client Onboarding
    • Onboard client’s information and ensure we get all the data we need correctly and in a timely manner
  • Campaign Planning
    • Perform initial campaign research and determine the offers
  • Campaign Setup QC
    • Quality control the set up of accounts, ad copy, landing pages
  • Client Communication & Reporting
    • Communicate clearly with clients the status
  • Optimization
    • Launch campaigns and optimize them daily.
  • Clients
    • Communicate with clients (phone & email) and HOTH them with great service!

This role reports directly to the PPC Manager. Our PPC team is currently small, nimble, and quick, and we expect this team member to grow within the department to become a leader and help expand this product line.
