It can be used as a noun (as in our product, or brand), or as a verb (to HOTH someone or HOTH something). And it’s how our clients refer to one of the world’s top Search Engine Marketing companies.
We have an awesome managed SEO service called HOTH X and we're looking for a dedicated, driven people-pleaser to help guide our customers through their HOTH X journey. You can read more about the service here. Essentially, it’s a turnkey managed SEO service for clients who don’t have the time or technical know-how to manage their own SEO. The goal of the service is to increase their online rankings and drive more traffic to their business!
As a part of the HOTH X team, you will be the main point of contact with our customers who have an active HOTH X campaign. Daily tasks include hopping on the phone with clients for onboarding and consultations, conducting SEO research, diving into analytics and reporting, and all-around helping make our customer experience awesome.
The ideal candidate for this role is comfortable with speaking to clients over the phone and video chat, has great time-management skills, and is an all-star at building relationships. Additionally, we are looking for a data-minded person who feels comfortable navigating spreadsheets and taking away key insights from data sets.
Prior SEO knowledge is not required (but certainly helps!). We provide all the training and tools necessary to speak with our clients about SEO strategy. We'd love to see candidates who already have experience managing clients in person or over the phone.

This role is a full-time position that will report to our beautiful Downtown St. Petersburg office and will be eligible for all full-time team member benefits as detailed on our Careers Page.
We are looking to fill this role in the coming weeks. All candidates must be available to start within that timeframe.
Pay for this role will begin at $40,000 plus a monthly opportunity for a retention bonus (total annual comp should land around $45-50,000 after bonuses). If you retain a certain percentage of clients month over month, you will receive a bonus!
Also, we work with clients in a variety of time zones and have opportunities for early, late, and regular work shifts to accommodate all clients. If you're an early riser or night owl, let us know!
Note: This position is expected to report to our office full-time on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Remote work is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week (hooray for hybrid work environments!).
